Our Buyback Policy is subject to a thorough review by our team to ensure that the product remains free from any alterations or damages. The decision made by the Kizo Team shall be final and binding under our Lifetime Buyback Scheme.
Buyback or exchange is not applicable for any customised jewellery, including personalised or engraved products.
Our buyback program is designed to provide our valued customers with peace of mind and confidence in their investment. Buyback Value
We proudly offer a lifetime buyback program as a testament to our unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and the enduring elegance of our jewellery.
Our buyback policy is structured as follows:
Within 12 months of the purchase date: 70% of the original purchase price
12-24 months from the purchase date: 50% of the original purchase price
More than 24 months from the purchase date: 25% of the original purchase price

Inspection Process
All items submitted for buyback will undergo a meticulous inspection by our expert quality assurance team. This comprehensive evaluation guarantees the authenticity and pristine condition of each piece, reflecting our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and integrity.
Non-Eligible Items for Buyback
Customised or personalised jewellery pieces.
Jewellery that has been altered or repaired by anyone other than Kizo.
Items purchased on clearance or during promotional sales, unless otherwise specified. Please note that the Buyback Policy may vary for specific products or during promotional periods.
Condition for Buyback Eligibility
To qualify for our esteemed lifetime buyback program, the following conditions must be met:
a) The jewellery must be in its original, pristine condition, free from any damage or alterations.
b) The original product must be returned.
c) Original or a copy of the invoice must be provided.
d) Product certificate (if any) must be included.
e) A valid government-issued ID proof of the person making the buyback/exchange request.
f) Warranty card.
In case of any discounts applied at the time of the original purchase, an equivalent amount shall be deducted from the buyback value of lab-grown diamonds. The buyback value will be strictly determined based on the original purchase price (MRP) and will adhere to the time period and percentage ratio outlined in Kizo’s Buyback Policy.
The refund amount shall exclude all applicable taxes from the original purchase. The buyback scheme and reimbursement of payment shall be subject to a quality check conducted by Kizo.
The goods must be accompanied by the original certificate, invoice, and warranty card provided by Kizo at the time of purchase.
Shipping the Product for Buyback
Customers must self-ship the product to Kizo’s Mumbai office. The return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer. If Kizo arranges the pickup, an additional logistics fee will be deducted from the buyback value.
All payments under the buyback program will be processed via RTGS or NEFT. Payments shall only be made to the individual/entity listed on the original invoice, who must provide a valid government-issued photo ID and the relevant product certificate.
Refunds and payments under the Buyback Scheme will be processed within 21 business days after receiving and inspecting the product at our registered office.
For products shipped to us under the Lifetime Buyback Scheme, items must be securely packed and sealed to avoid any damage in transit. We recommend using bubble wrap, a small box, or a padded envelope to ensure safe shipping.
Shipping Partners for Buyback Returns
Products under the Lifetime Buyback Scheme must be shipped using our designated shipping partners.
How to Request a Buyback?
To initiate a buyback under the Lifetime Buyback Policy, follow these steps:

Call or WhatsApp our Customer Care at +91 90820 71150 to confirm once the package is ready with all required documents, so we can arrange for re-shipment.
Discretion of Rights
Kizo reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting all exchanges and buybacks. We also reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of this policy without prior notice. Any updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
