Return, Refund & Replacement / Exchange Policy

At Kizo, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. We provide a hassle-free 15-day return policy, allowing you to return your purchase within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery for any reason. However, any missing product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy is applicable only to purchases made through our official website: https://kizoworld.com.

To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase, along with any accompanying paperwork included at the time of delivery.
  • Any complimentary items received as part of the purchase must also be returned.

Important Note: We strongly recommend recording a complete unboxing video upon receiving your Kizo products. This helps facilitate a smooth exchange/return process in case of missing, damaged, or incorrect products.

Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Customised, personalised, or special-order products made as per your preferences.
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage.
  • Any product that has been washed or altered.
  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, invoice, certificates, and accessories.
  • Products with missing, damaged, altered, or unreadable serial numbers.
  • Products sold under special offers, promotions, or free gifts.
  • If the customer refuses to accept the shipment after dispatch, Kizo is not liable for a refund or replacement.

Return & Refund Process

Once we receive your return request, a case ID will be generated, and our team will review the case to provide a resolution. You have the following refund options:

  • For Cash on Delivery Orders – Refund via Bank Transfer
  • For Prepaid Orders – Refund to the original payment method through the Payment Gateway

Shipping the Product Back

Customers are responsible for self-shipping the product to our office in Mumbai. If the return/replacement request does not comply with our policies, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Kindly ensure:

  • The product is securely packed in its original packaging.
  • It is well protected with bubble wrap to avoid damage during transit.

Additional Return Policy Conditions

  • If returned products are found to be incomplete or missing items, an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product may be deducted from the refund.
  • This deduction includes promotional products, such as free gifts received during a sale or offer.
